Job Description

Whether you’re starting your first year and ready to see real progress you had a hand in, a few years in and ready to keep growing, or a seasoned clinician looking for a place that truly values your experience, finding the right team matters.

At Woven Care, we’re a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We do things a bit differently: manageable caseloads to cut back on burnout, administrative support so clients stay the focus, real schedule flexibility, and investment in every therapist’s growth.

We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists. This role blends pediatric pelvic health with general pediatric physical therapy, giving you the opportunity to support patients and families through developmentally appropriate, evidence-informed care.

Wherever You Are in Your Career: New grads: You won’t do this alone. Onboarding includes dedicated supervision and mentorship from day one, with a team of PTs and PTAs meeting with you regularly and your caseload ramping up gradually.

Early career clinicians: Keep building your skills alongside a strong team, with funded CEUs and specialty certifications to help you grow in the direction you choose.

Experienced clinicians: Spend your time on client care and mentorship, with flexibility in your schedule and a clear path to clinical expertise or leadership. What Your Day Looks Like: You’ll collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA colleagues, gaining new perspectives on every child you serve.

Expect 30 to 60 minute one-on-one sessions with children ages 0 to 21, a primary caseload of 3 to 16, up to two evaluations per week to keep the work varied, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.

When appropriate to your training and scope of practice, you’ll also provide pelvic health assessment and treatment, including biofeedback, for pediatric and adolescent patients. Productivity expectation is 72.5% of your day.

Most clinics are open 5 days a week, and you can choose a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour week. A typical day runs 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a lunch break from 12 to 1.

What We’re Offering (full-time teammates): Compensation: Salary from $80,000 to $120,000 based on experience, plus a 2% bilingual increase Performance incentives: Up to $750 per month, or $9,000 annually Sign-on bonus (full-time): Up to $5,000, whether you’re relocating or just need help building your materials Flexibility: Four- or five-day weeks, part-time options, and flex days Growth: $250 CEU reimbursement growing to $1,500 annually with tenure, plus our Clinical Advancement Program with full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging Leadership pathways: We promote from within and want people who want to grow with us Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision for individuals and families, PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year What You Need Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain Pelvic health training or experience preferred New grads and experienced clinicians are all encouraged to apply At Woven Care, we work hard, care deeply, and have a lot of fun doing it (we do work with kids, after all!).
