As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.

Daily, you will perform detailed clinical assessment based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Acute Care (Lankenau Medical Center)

Shift: Per Diem, 8 hour Day Shift. Weekend + weekday availability needed.

Experience

Relevant clinical experience as per setting. Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience desired.

Education

1. Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program.

2. BS required.

3. Master’s or Doctorate preferred

Licensures/Certifications

1. Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license ( OTR-L ).

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.

3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, program planning, and treatment administration. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to keep patients motivated and on track with their rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Pennsylvania license (OTR-L). A minimum of one year of acute care experience is desired, along with BLS certification.
