Virtual Occupational Therapist

LETS Therapy is seeking a Pennsylvania licensed Occupational Therapist to provide virtual school based services during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an OT who wants to add one or more cases around an existing position while remaining part of a responsive and supportive team.

Already working full time or balancing another position? That is not a problem. Virtual sessions may be scheduled between 7:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. m., based on each student’s availability. You can take one case, several cases, or build a larger caseload. We will work with you to find a schedule that is realistic and sustainable.

What You Will Do

• Provide virtual occupational therapy services required by student IEPs.
• Support fine motor, visual motor, sensory regulation, self care, and school participation goals as appropriate for virtual delivery.
• Collaborate with families, educators, related service providers, and IEP teams.
• Recommend strategies and accommodations that support student access and independence.
• Complete service notes and progress documentation accurately and on time.

What You Will Need

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license.
• Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI clearances.
• School based or pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to provide engaging virtual services and maintain dependable communication.

Compensation and Engagement

• Up to $82.50 per hour, based on qualifications and assignment.
• Independent contractor opportunity with compensation processed monthly.
• Flexible case selection based on provider and student availability.
