Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare. Our affiliated practice, WHASN (Women's Health Associates of Southern Nevada) is seeking a Full Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join the team at WHASN - Southern Hills. They are seeking an experienced advanced practice provider that is pationate about women's health!
Position Highlights
- Joining 2 OBGYNs and 3 Nurse Practitioners at the WHASN - Southern Hills location.
- Outpatient Only Practice - No Call, Evening or Weekend Hours
- 4, 10 hour day and 5, 8 hour day work schedules are available
- Scope of Practice is 100% Women's Health. This includes:
- Perform patient exams, screenings, treatments, and record patient health history
- Prescribe medications, therapies; order/perform and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures
- Provide pre and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counseling
- Assist and work closely with physicians to provide patient care
- Experience seeing both obstetrical and gynecology patients as a provider strongly preferred.
- Fully licensed medical team and support staff already in place to support you as a provider

Requirements
- National Nurse Practitioner certification
- Unrestricted, active licensure in Nevada or ability to obtain
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
- Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
- One year of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred

Compensation Minimum
