Overview
Nurse Practitioner – OB/GYN
Location: Carroll County, Maryland
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Salary: $105,000 annually plus Production Bonus
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our OB/GYN team in Carroll County. This is a full-time, office-based position providing comprehensive care to women throughout all stages of life.
The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with our physicians and clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment.
- Position Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care to both obstetric and gynecologic patients
- Conduct routine OB visits and prenatal follow-up care
- Perform annual well-woman examinations and preventive health screenings
- Evaluate and manage common gynecologic concerns
- Provide contraceptive counseling and family-planning services
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, preventive care, and women's health
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other members of the clinical care team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with regular office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure or eligibility for licensure in Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national board certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
- Interest in women's health, obstetrics, and gynecology
- Previous OB/GYN or women's health experience preferred
