Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the 24-hour administrative, financial, and clinical operations of the cardiovascular ICU departments. They provide leadership and mentorship to staff while implementing strategies to improve quality, patient satisfaction, and employee outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current RN license. A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, including at least three years in a management capacity, is required.
