Key Responsibilities
The Stroke RN Navigator provides patient and family education, coordinates complex care from admission through discharge, and facilitates outpatient follow-up. They also participate in quality improvement efforts and collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure evidence-based stroke care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current Washington State RN license. A minimum of 3 years of RN experience in neurology, neurosurgery, or critical care is required.
