About the Role

Join Baptist as a Resident Physician – ONMM Training in United States. Job Summary Provide direct and indirect patient care in various healthcare settings including in-hospital and outpatient clinics. Primary responsible is to obtain knowledge and experience necessary to progress to independent medical practice without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a personal program of self
  • study and professional growth with guidance from the teaching staff
  • Participate in safe, effective and compassionate patient care under physician supervision, commensurate with resident's level of advancement and responsibility
  • Participate in institutional activities to the extent required and to assume responsibility for teaching and supervising other residents and students

Requirements

  • approved research project and other Scholarly Activity as required by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) during the residency program
  • Participate in Inter
  • professional Teams concerning Quality Improvement and Patient Safety activities as required by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
  • Participate in institutional programs and activities to help identify system errors and implement potential systems solutions
