UF Health Medical Group in Leesburg, Florida, and The Villages, Florida, is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgery-Total Joint Physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible, to provide, establish, and execute best practice strategies and quality outcomes.

Manage strategic clinical relationships with regional physicians and collaborate with the VP of Strategic Service Lines for marketing and Business Development activities. Setting major goals to align with broad functional objectives for Orthopedic Surgery-Total Joint and also aids in developing patient care pathways.

The aim is to build a patient-centered team of professionals in Central Florida to enhance Orthopedic Surgery-Total Joint health, provide top-notch outcomes for interventions, and minimize costs.

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

Preferred: Specialty License or Certification; Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty; Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification. Special Instructions to Applicants:
