Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide compassionate ABA therapy to children with autism and collaborate with a team to deliver excellence in care. They are responsible for clinical oversight, implementing established clinical practices, and supporting RBT training.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
