Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Director of Nursing assists in managing the nursing department to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. They also oversee staff development, promote positive employee relations, and provide leadership in the absence of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse with at least two years of nursing supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience in long-term or acute health care are preferred.
