Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and directing the nursing service department to ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with regulatory standards. Key duties include managing nursing staff, analyzing clinical outcome data, and overseeing the facility's quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current RN license in the state of practice and possess at least three years of experience in long-term care nursing management. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with additional education in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is required.
