Key Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth consultations with clients to assess health history, current conditions, and wellness goals

Review and interpret client health information, lab results, and medical histories

Determine appropriate wellness therapy recommendations and treatment plans

Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically indicated and within scope of practice

Requirements

Ensure all clinical documentation meets regulatory and quality standards

Participate in peer review processes and quality improvement initiatives

Stay current on evidence

based practices in integrative and functional medicine Collaboration & Communication
