The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for managing their own clinic schedule and assisting surgeons in the operating room for approximately 1.5 days per week. They also provide acute and chronic patient care, participate in hospital rounds, and handle inpatient and outpatient call rotations.
Candidates must hold a current state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of surgical experience. Required certifications include CPR, ACLS, and NCCPA certification for PAs or RNFA for NPs.
