Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Outpatient Behavioral Health Care Center located in Newport News, VA.

Position Highlights

• Location: 801 Triton Ct Newport News, VA 23606
• Standard work schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Diverse patient population, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and substance use disorders
• Manage an average daily caseload of 13–14 patients
• Visit structure includes 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments
• Responsibilities include care for new and established patients (primarily adults), medication management, and responding to MyChart messages

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100,900.80 - $312,000.00 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
