The Opportunity

This is a full-time 1099 opportunity designed for NPs who want to build a high-volume practice and maximize their earning potential. At Lavender, you have the flexibility of an independent contractor while benefiting from a robust clinical and operational support system.

With strong patient demand, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work a full-time schedule, experienced NPs can have the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually, depending on their hourly rate, availability, and appointment volume.

Our NPs are able to build their schedules within our operating hours of 8 a. m. to 8 p. m., seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while maintaining a consistent full-time caseload.

The Responsibilities

Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication management, therapy, or a combination of both.

Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and provide ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved.

Our clients strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments, so you must be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy in addition to medication management.

The Candidate

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Pennsylvania Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license
• ANCC Board Certification
• 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
• Strong psychiatric assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ambitious, client-centered work ethic
• Comfortable managing a full-time telepsychiatry caseload
• Must have your own computer and a quiet, professional space for telepsychiatry appointments
• Schedule & Work Setting
• Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Contract
• Work Setting: Remote, Pennsylvania
• Schedule: Flexible self-scheduling within Lavender's operating hours
• Monday through Friday

Weekend Availability
