What You'll Do
Manage all daily residential operations (i. e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
- Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
- Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
- Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
- Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid Driver's License and CPR Certification Preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
- Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
Where You'll Work
Avenues Recovery Center at New England is a residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services.
Our New England location is affiliated exclusively with Sober Living New Hampshire - a collection of three boutique sober living homes - enabling clients to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful, relaxed, domestic setting with round-the-clock supervision and care.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily residential operations including intake, supervision, and medication administration while ensuring client compliance with facility policies. Support and train the behavioral health technician team and escalate any crises or concerns to the lead technician.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and CPR certification. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and, if in recovery, demonstrate at least one year of sustained sobriety.
