Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician implements treatment interventions and provides therapeutic support services, including psychosocial groups and crisis management. They also assist in maintaining patient records, scheduling, and supporting telepsychiatry operations within the correctional facility.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a Social Science and possess current tuberculosis documentation and CPR/AED certification. Two or more years of experience in activities programming for patients with serious mental illness is preferred.
