Earn $46.38 to $52.18 an hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus as a part-time Physical Therapist in Ocean City, NJ. Daytime hours, you choose your days, and weekends are never required.

The Shores is a full senior living campus with independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and short-term rehab. You’ll help short-term rehab patients get strong enough to go home and help long-term residents stay independent. You get that range of cases with one employer and one team.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized therapy programs that support mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to help residents reach their functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, treatment updates, and progress notes
• Partner with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated resident care
• Communicate resident progress and therapy outcomes with physicians, families, and care partners
• Follow professional practice standards, safety protocols, and infection prevention guidelines to promote quality care
• What You’ll Need

Required

Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license

Preferred, Not Required

• Experience with older adults in sub-acute, skilled nursing, or home care
• Experience with Net Health Therapy

• $46.38 to $52.18 per hour, based on experience
