Physical Therapist

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

What you'll do

  • Evaluate residents and build individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and daily function
  • Document evaluations and progress notes accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with nursing and the care team on resident goals
  • Update physicians and families on progress as needed
  • Follow state PT practice standards and infection control protocols

What you'll need

  • Required:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey

Preferred

  • Experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting
  • Familiarity with the Net Health Therapy platform
  • Schedule and pay
  • $46.38 to $52.18 per hour, based on experience
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid per facility policy
  • Part-time, daytime hours with flexible days, and the option to pick up weekend hours
