This is House Calls position

Practice in the South, North, Central and Soutwest

Telehealth to Support Video Visits

Hours/Shift, including patient-facing hours: 4, 10-Hour Shifts (Monday to Friday; day off to be established upon hire). 32 patient-facing hours required per week (i. e., 8 per day)

The position will support 2 sister programs/clinics and will require travel to/from patient homes as well as the ability to support virtual care delivery.

Competitive compensation.

Incentives: Up to $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
  • Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Other certification as required (e. g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

At least 1-2 years of experience preferred; however, the position is amenable to recent APP graduates
