Job DetailsJob Location: Mennonite Village - Albany, OR 97322Position Type: PRNInfinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Mennonite Village located in Albany, OR. Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy State license We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience as an OT
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct occupational therapy services to adult residents with various medical conditions, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. Supervise COTAs and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy and possess a valid state license. While one year of experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.
