Job Description
Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
- Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience or
- Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience
- Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Requirements
Requires a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited occupational therapy program, or equivalent education and experience; specialized training may be needed for particular department requirements. Applicants must hold an Oregon Occupational Therapist License and National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
