Job Description
Occupational Therapist at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Perdiem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
The Occupational Therapist demonstrates proficient clinical knowledge and skills in providing and initiating treatment programs for individuals with physical impairments. Utilizing a collaborative team approach, the Occupational therapist accurately assesses patients' needs: identifies and initiates appropriate Occupational therapy interventions. Providing care to: pediatric, adolescent, young, middle and older adult patients.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Degree with certificate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree: Degree with certificate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Upon hire: CHT or HTC and PAM for all Hand Therapists.
- 1 year of experience in an adult physical disability setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
