Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological and memory disorders via telehealth while collaborating with physicians on treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and educate patients and their families on diagnoses and disease progression.
Requirements
Requires an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire and at least 2 years of clinical experience in neurology or memory care. Candidates should possess strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage a patient panel independently.
