Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions and memory disorders via telehealth. Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans, manage treatments, and educate patients and families.
Requirements
Requires an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts and at least 2 years of clinical experience in neurology or memory care. Candidates must be comfortable managing a patient panel independently and possess strong clinical documentation skills.
