Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Speech and Language Therapists (Logopäden) to join reputable healthcare institutions across NRW, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations

  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs and goals
  • Provide specialized treatment for articulation, fluency, voice disorders, neurological speech impairments, and developmental communication challenges
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes

Collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary care settings

Offer guidance, counseling, and education to patients and families to support adherence and long-term therapy success

Salary: 3300 Euro/ 3,54,820 INR Per Month

Requirements

  • University degree in Speech and Language Therapy, recognized in Germany (Anabin H+ classification required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a licensed Speech Therapist.
  • Age limit: 44 years.
  • Proficiency in German at C1 level (mandatory).
  • Advanced English language skills at C1 level (required).
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment tools, diagnostic techniques, and evidence-based therapy methods.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills for effective patient and family interaction.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
