Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, including evaluating communication, cognition, and swallowing. Develop individualized treatment goals and maintain accurate home health care documentation according to Medicare standards.
Candidates must hold an active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license and BLS CPR certification. Reliable transportation and basic comfort with technology, such as email and EMR systems, are required.
