Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. Develop individualized care plans, perform evaluations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient functional independence.
Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathology license and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC). Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with patient transfers, and possess basic computer and EMR proficiency.
