Job Requirements
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Licenses: Active ND license or IMLC with LOQ
- DEA: Active DEA certification
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP
- Malpractice – Clean [Highly Preferred] will look at dismissed cases
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric hospitalist coverage including 24‑hour call.
- Attend newborn deliveries and provide neonatal care for all births.
- Admit pediatric patients from the Emergency Department and manage their care.
- Perform daily rounds on admitted pediatric patients, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric hospitalist coverage, including attending newborn deliveries and managing neonatal care. Responsibilities also include admitting patients from the Emergency Department and performing daily rounds to adjust treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics with an active North Dakota license or IMLC. Required certifications include BLS, PALS, and NRP, along with an active DEA certification.
