Behavioral Health Services Case Manager (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

The Case Manager coordinates behavioral health services, manages care plans, and provides resource referrals for employees at the DOE Hanford Site. They also support return-to-work transitions, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and conduct departmental outreach and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field. At least two years of professional experience in case management or a related healthcare setting is required.
