Join JES Tech as a Mental Health Counselor – EAP, No Nights in Richland, Washington. JES Tech is seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) team supporting employees at the DOE Hanford Site. This role is part of a multidisciplinary occupational health team focused on supporting employee wellbeing, workplace safety, and readiness for work.
This position offers day shifts only. Work with JES Tech in Richland, Washington.
The Mental Health Counselor will provide brief counseling, mental health assessments, and crisis support to employees at the DOE Hanford Site. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver workshops and manage workplace behavioral health initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess a current Washington State license or credential. A minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience is required, along with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
