The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide patient-centered medical care and conduct evaluations through interviews and physical exams. They will also assist with in-office procedures and educate patients on root-cause solutions for their health needs.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with board certification in family or adult care. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience and current Indiana licensure are required.
