How you’ll make an impact in this role
Evaluate patient needs in collaboration with physicians, care teams and families to design personalized treatment plans that support optimal recovery.
Deliver targeted therapeutic care and maintain clear documentation to progress patients steadily through their treatment goals.
Empower patients, families and caregivers through hands-on education in rehabilitation strategies and adaptive techniques tailored to their diagnosis.
Manage daily caseload priorities and coordinate with therapy and medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions and timely treatment.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
