Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and manage a caseload of up to 10 clients. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification from the BACB and possess relevant ABA experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-focused, clinic-based environment are required.
