Key Responsibilities

The Behavior Analyst will develop and administer ABA intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities. They are also responsible for supervising ABA therapists, providing parent and teacher training, and participating in multi-disciplinary team activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a developmental field and possess Board Certification (BCBA). A minimum of one year of experience providing direct ABA services to children with autism and supervising therapists is required.
