Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Patient Navigator acts as a primary liaison between patients, physicians, and support services to coordinate care and remove barriers to treatment. They are responsible for advocating for patient needs, managing clinical documentation, and facilitating access to financial and community resources.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a diploma from an accredited nursing school and possess a valid Registered Nurse license from the Michigan Board of Nursing. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is preferred.
