Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of RN experience Required
- BSN Preferred
- Experience in cardiology, cardiac surgery, or structural heart program
Preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement quality improvement initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Structural Heart Nurse Navigator will coordinate care within a multidisciplinary environment and manage patient pathways. They are responsible for analyzing clinical data to identify trends and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3-5 years of RN experience, with a BSN preferred. Experience in cardiology, cardiac surgery, or structural heart programs is highly desired.
