Key Responsibilities

The Behavior Analyst provides senior-level consultation and technical assistance to individuals with cognitive, developmental, and health-related needs. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans, and supervising behavioral health staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field and be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA). Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
