Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and design individualized treatment and skill acquisition plans. They are also responsible for supervising and training ABA technicians while providing supportive communication to families regarding treatment progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavior analytic field and possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Additionally, applicants must have or be eligible for state licensure and be qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
