Key Responsibilities
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment. Supervise and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families to track progress and set goals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification to be eligible for this role. The position requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based ABA practices.
