Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will design individualized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans while conducting intake and functional assessments. They are also responsible for supervising and training ABA technicians and providing support to families regarding treatment recommendations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and be eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field working with various ages is required.
