Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will design individualized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans while conducting intake and functional assessments. They are also responsible for supervising and training ABA technicians and providing supportive communication to families regarding treatment progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavior analytic field and possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Additionally, they must have or be eligible for state licensure and be qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
