Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop positive behavior support plans for children with behavioral and emotional needs. They will also provide training to staff and parents on ABA principles and data collection to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education, or a related field. A valid Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) is required along with experience in writing FBAs and BSPs.
