This position offers weekends off. Work with Devereux in Landenberg, Pennsylvania.
The BCBA will conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans for students with special needs. They will also provide training in ABA principles to staff and parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral interventions.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education, or a related field. A valid Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) is required along with experience in writing FBAs and BSPs.
