Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and case guidance for clinicians while maintaining a caseload of clients and developing behavior intervention plans. They also lead team development, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with families to support treatment progress.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience is required, with preference for prior experience in a Lead BCBA role.
