Job description

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Enid, OK
● Salary: $316,500
● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD
● Call: Call Required, 1:6 ratio
● Case Types: Orthopedic (general and total joints), General (wide variety), Gastro/Endo, GYN, OB (25-30/month), Urology, and Podiatry. Low OB volume at 21 births per month.
● Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility will train
● Supervision Model: Autonomous
● Staffing Grid: 7 CRNAs on a CRNA-only team

Job Summary

We are seeking a service-oriented, independent-minded CRNA to join our CRNA-only team in Enid, OK. Work alongside a stable, tenured group of CRNAs in a collaborative, low-stress environment where you’ll enjoy a broad case mix and practice to the full scope of your license. This 1099 opportunity offers $316,500 annually, 8 weeks off, post-call days off, and a light 1:6 call schedule, allowing for a manageable pace and strong work-life balance. You’ll work independently on a diverse range of cases. New grads are welcome to apply. Conveniently located within a two-hour drive of Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Wichita, Enid offers small-town charm with easy access to urban centers. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, gastro, endo and OB/GYN cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
● Regional proficiency is preferred.
