Job description
● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Tulsa, OK
● Salary: Up to $400,000 annually for 44 weeks of service per year
● Shifts: Schedule varies
● Call: Call Not Required, but is Available if Desired
In-house OB shifts (24-hour)
First call (weekday)
First call (weekend)
Additional coverage for working days off PRN
Call schedule is 1:8, depending on staffinf
OB shifts, post-call hours, and call/callback time excluded from OT calculation
● Case Types: General, Ortho, ENT, GI/Endo, Spine, Cath Lab and Urology
● Special Requirements: New grads welcome!
● EMR: TBD
● Supervision Model: 1 MD per day/ 10-11 CRNAs per day
Job Summary

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● No minimum experience level, new grads are welcome! Provider could have Proficiency in General, OB/GYN, Spine, Endo and Urology cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
