Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (with RNFA) - Cardiac Surgery (CORE), Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver high-acuity cardiac surgery care, including patient diagnosis, management, and surgical assistance in the OR. They will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, mentor students, and provide comprehensive education to patients and families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited nursing or Physician Assistant program and possess current Illinois licensure. Acute care certification and RNFA are required for APRNs, along with BLS certification and cardiac surgery experience.
