Job Description
Riveon is currently accepting applications for Spring Semester 2027 Practicum placements until October 1, 2026.
- Anyone selected for a practicum placement with Riveon will be required to satisfy the following:
- FBI/BCII background check
- 5-panel drug screen
- Exclusions search
- Verification of education
- Professional reference check
Working Conditions
A majority of time will be spent in an outpatient environment. The individual must be able to speak and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. Due to the amount of documentation required, the individual must have strong writing skills.
The practicum student may be required to sit or stand for extended periods. Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift and push minimal loads at various times. A considerable amount of time may also be spent working on a computer; therefore, the practicum student should have close vision ability. In addition, the individual must be able to operate basic office equipment.

Key Responsibilities
The practicum student will participate in an outpatient clinical environment to gain professional experience. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the team.
Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in an APRN program and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Strong writing and communication skills are required to handle the documentation demands of the role.
